Customized Design

With strong research capability and enhanced experiences in designing, testing LED Lighting. Everlumen enterprise solution team has been working with customers one by one, case by case, to design the LED solutions which just meet their requirements.

Our design capability covers the fields from specific voltage input requirements, special lighting remodeling, outdoor usage design, dimming signal matching design, lighting control designs, lens designing, cosmetic cover requirement.

We also provide the accessory parts including transformers, dimmers, and control systems.

Our design capability covers the following but not limits to the following fields:

• LED diodes recommendation:

  Depending upon customers’ requirement, we can recommend customers to use different diodes, either 0.5mm P2, SMD (Surface Maintained Diode) or High Illumination which can meet customers requirement. We carry different brand, including CREE, Edison, BridgeLux, South Korean Semi Conduct etc.

  

• Special Lighting remodeling:

  Depending upon customers requirements, we can remodel the LED light which retrofits to customer’s existing fixture.

   

• Dimming signal customization:

  We can adjust our LED light which matches customers dimming system signals. Our dimmable LED lights are compatible with Lutron, GE, Philips existing dimming system. We can provide the dimmer as well.

• Lens customization:

  Depending upon the height of the ceiling, we can provide the LED light which the wide beam or narrow beam which can generate the exact lighting output they are looking for. For example, we have recently been working on a project where the ceiling is roughly 40 feet high. We provided LED lights with a variety of narrow beam angles, including 10, 20 and 25 degree beam spot lights. We also choose an LED die which is designed for use in street lights to provide sufficient punch.

  

  

• Voltage Input:

  We can provide LED lights with variety voltage input, including 12V, 24V, 110V, 277V and 110V-277V. Our LED tube is 110V-277V, and our LED street light is 110V-300V which meet US market requirement.

• Base options customization:

  Depending upon customers requirements, we can remodel the LED light which retrofits to customer’s existing fixture.

  

• Lighting color choices:

  Depending upon customers requirements, we can remodel the LED light which retrofits to customer’s existing fixture.
